Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 29, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Revenue AI handles information when you use our website and SaaS application. It is written in general terms because the specific legal entity, address, and governing jurisdiction for the service are not stated in this application.

Information we may process

Depending on the features you use, Revenue AI may process account and workspace details, business and contact information, leads, CRM and conversation records, usage and analytics data, application logs, and billing or subscription metadata when billing is enabled.

If you explicitly connect an email integration, we may process email metadata and message content needed to provide the requested sending, inbound processing, and revenue-recovery features. Attachments are handled as metadata unless a feature explicitly requires otherwise.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, operate connected integrations, analyze requested business conversations, maintain tenant separation, prevent abuse, provide support, measure usage, and maintain reliable records and backups.

Google OAuth and Gmail data

When you connect Google, Revenue AI requests only the permissions shown in the authorization flow, including Gmail send and read-only access when inbound Gmail processing is enabled. Google user data is used only to provide functionality that you request in the application. We do not sell Google user data.

OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest, are not returned by the API, and are not intentionally written to logs. You can revoke Google access from your Google Account or disconnect the integration in the application.

Service providers and international processing

We may use infrastructure, email delivery, AI, analytics, storage, and payment providers to operate requested features. Those providers process information under their own terms and applicable data-protection obligations. Infrastructure may be located in countries different from yours.

Retention and choices

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security and auditability, comply with applicable obligations, and resolve disputes. You may disconnect integrations, stop using optional features, or request account and data deletion through the application support channel, subject to lawful retention requirements.

Security

Revenue AI uses access controls, tenant-scoped queries, encrypted integration credentials, bounded retries, and monitoring designed to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Updates

We may update this policy as the service changes. The “Last updated” date will change when material revisions are published.

Contact

For privacy questions or requests, use the support/contact channel provided in the Revenue AI application. The Product Owner should add the legal entity name, postal address, and dedicated privacy contact before public launch if those details are required.
