Terms of Service
Last updated: August 29, 2026
These Terms describe the general rules for using Revenue AI, a SaaS product that helps teams organize revenue signals, conversations, actions, and outcomes. The service’s legal entity and governing jurisdiction are not specified in this application and must be added by the Product Owner where legally required.
Access and accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, protecting credentials, and activity performed through your workspace. You must have authority to connect a workspace and any third-party account used with the service.
Acceptable use
Use Revenue AI lawfully and only with data you are permitted to process. Do not abuse, probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt to bypass authentication, tenant boundaries, usage controls, or provider safeguards.
Integrations and communications
Connected email, CRM, AI, analytics, billing, and other integrations remain subject to their providers’ terms. You are responsible for obtaining required notice, consent, and lawful basis before importing contacts or sending communications. You control whether optional automation is enabled and remain responsible for the content and recipients of communications.
AI output and revenue decisions
AI-generated analysis, suggestions, classifications, and drafts are assistance, not professional, legal, financial, or accounting advice. Review outputs before relying on them or taking action. Revenue AI does not guarantee revenue, recovery, conversion, or other business outcomes.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Features, limits, and integrations may change as the service evolves. We will publish material changes to these Terms by updating the date above or through the application.
Billing
If paid plans or subscriptions are offered, applicable pricing, trial, renewal, cancellation, and payment terms will be shown before purchase. Billing status and access entitlements are determined by the service backend and the applicable payment provider.
Intellectual property
Revenue AI and its materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain rights in data you submit and grant only the permissions needed to operate the requested service features.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for security, abuse, non-payment, legal, or material terms violations. You may stop using the service and request account handling through the application support channel, subject to applicable retention requirements.
Disclaimers and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated. Revenue AI is not responsible for decisions made solely from unreviewed output, unlawful communications, or third-party integration failures. Any limitation of liability is subject to mandatory rights that cannot be excluded.
Contact and governing law
Use the support/contact channel provided in the Revenue AI application for questions about these Terms. The Product Owner must add the legal entity, address, and governing-law details before public launch if required.
